We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your Subscription Service. You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time and for any reason. However, to ensure a smooth process, we require that your cancellation request be received at least two days prior to your billing date. If this notice period is not met, your subscription will be charged on the next billing date, and the cancellation will take effect on the following billing cycle.
After cancellation, you will continue to receive the Subscription Services through the end of your current billing cycle.

You may request or be issued a refund for your current billing cycle only if, at the time of the request or cancellation, your medication has not been ordered. Our refund policy adheres to pharmaceutical regulations and best practices. Once a medication has been issued, refunds are generally not permitted due to safety and regulatory considerations. This policy ensures that all medications provided are handled and dispensed with the utmost care and compliance.
- If your medication has been ordered, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will only be issued for the current billing cycle and will not be provided for past billing cycles.

To qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Active Participation: Active Participation: You must actively engage in the program by strictly following the prescribed weight-loss plan, including all medication regimens and any recommended lifestyle changes (such as dietary modifications and exercise guidelines). Failure to adhere to these instructions may disqualify you from receiving a refund.
- Documented Progress: You must provide detailed,documented evidence of your progress and strict adherence to the program. RNK Health requires clear, verifiable proof of each dose of medication taken. This includes submitting time-stamped photos or videos documenting each injection or pill, as well as detailed records of all dietary and exercise activities as recommended by your weight loss coach.
- Proof of Insufficient Weight Loss: To qualify for a refund, you must provide compelling evidence that you did not achieve at least a 10% reduction in body weight by the end of the 6-month program. This includes submitting a time-stamped photo of your weight at the start of the program and a time-stamped photo of your weight at the end, both taken on the same scale. Only clear, verifiable evidence will be considered.
- Additional Conditions: RNK Health reserves the right to deny any refund request if any of the above criteria are not fully met. All claims are subject to review, and any attempt to falsify evidence or misrepresent participation may result in disqualification from the refund program.

Your Subscription Service includes a single price for the services purchased. This may encompass:

- Medications fulfilled through a pharmacy or other healthcare services
- Lab services

- Additional services to support your medical weight loss journey.

What if my provider determines I am no longer eligible for the Subscription Services?
If your Provider determines that you are no longer eligible for the Subscription Services, your subscription will be canceled, and a refund may be issued.
